Following steps are:-
Step1:- Choose Website for Bloging post (ex:- WordPress, Google blogger, wix,Templr etc)
Make your website completely.

Step2:- Choose topic for your Blog (ex:- Financial, IT and Computers, Travel ,etc)

Step3:- Write your content (Write about specific topic and informative topic)

Step4:- Publish your post/blog publically on your site.

That's all you can create your first blog by following these 4 simple steps
